I think I found this one because the same director did The Transporter. Jason Statham made The Transporter an entertaining movie (if nothing special).

Well, Jason Statham wasn’t in this movie. It probably would have sucked even if he was. Painfully over-the-top effects, an obvious plot, and criminal abuse of that special kind of movie hacking.
